Since 1985, the association ID proposes:
• a place of resources to support the professional orientation and integration,
• actions sets of themes of formation,
• training courses adapted in the direction of target groups like the young
people, the handicapped people or the recipients of social minima, assessments
on skills.
ID is present on 8 sites in Corsica
ID, is helped by a consequent multi-field team, has developed innovative approaches
taking account of the characteristics of the public and his environment
ID is the leader of the PIC EQUAL RECITH.
ID realises assessments and formations for the handicapped workers and has
developed a partnership, tools, methods, a multi-field team (psychological,
doctor…), ergonomic furniture, accessible buildings and a corporate network
from sizes and branches of industry varied (IOD method). ID carried out various
European programs (...). ID is a leader of a SOCRATES GRUNDTVIG 2 project and
currently takes part in a LEONARDO DA VINCI project (www.trace-leonardo.net).
Activity 1: COORDINATION, FOLLOW-UP, EVALUATION
Coordination, administrative and financial follow-up, evaluation of the activities.
Coordination of the activities, organization of the committees, preparation
and diffusion of the documents, internal and external evaluation,…
Activity 2: INFORMATION AND TRAINING OF THE COMPANIES
Sessions of information towards company managers in order to sensitize them
with the problem of the handicap.
Identification within these companies of people resources. Training of these
people to the approach of the handicap, the 1975 law and its reform, existing
support, the role of the social actors.
Creation of a directory of the people resources placed at the disposal of the
actors of insertion and formation (training centers, organizations working
on the insertion of the disabled people).
Activity 3 : tools for evaluation. Sites of evaluation
Identification and organization of sites in the company. Development of tools
of evaluation, assessment and
implementation in the companies.
Activité 4: training, personal development
Training activities preparing the integration of the handicapped worker on
a working station and being based on the ITC, the sites ofevaluation in the
companies and also on several workshops that will aim at the mobilization
of the private means, the acquisition of methods for better knowing its environment:
simulation of stations, principles of ergonomics, communication.
Activity 5 : Coaching
In direction of the handicapped workers who integrate a working station in
order to support the determination and the clarification of the objectives
of the person, to help her to identify the obstacles and to optimize her
resources. The coach ensures a followup in employment to allow a better integration
of the handicapped working employee, even to make evolve working conditions
and to be based on more specific interventions.
Activity 6: COMMUNICATION
Creation of a Web site accessible to the blind and ill-seeing, organization
of seminars and conferences in order to communicate on the advance of the
project.
Activity 7: Equal opportunity
Study on the situation of the handicapped women compared to employment in
Slovakia. Control of actions in order to open to the handicapped women real
possibilities of access to employment, a support and an accompaniment in employment:
installation of the time and the working stations, articulation of private
life/professional life.
